The 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon shows prominent varietal fruit aromas of blackberry and mulberry, the palate displays ripe fruit flavours of berries, licorice and a hint of tar and cedar. Subtle oak is evident on the nose and palate as it was matured in oak for 12 months. The wine is medium to full bodied and has good length of palate with a clean finish.


Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon is an iconic Australian blend. The Henty View Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon has the characteristic Cabernet Sauvignon berry palate of blackberries and mulberries, but with the added fullness and richness of the Shiraz blueberries and cinnamon and soft tannins. This wine is medium to full bodied and was matured in oak for 12 months.


The TDC Shiraz is a well balanced wine with big, soft, velvety tannins. Blueberries, plum and cinnamon aromas are evident, with licorice/anise and subtle oak flavours on the palate. This wine is medium to full bodied and was matured in oak for 12 months.


Merlot Rouge has distinctive varietal characteristics of the Merlot variety with aromas and flavours of cherries and plum. Merlot Rouge has retained some it’s sweetness and with balanced acidity provides a crisp clean finish. This wine is medium bodied and was matured in oak for 12 months.
